I liked the movie because it gave me an understanding about how evil began. It began because of a self-centered choice and that choice caused a great war in heaven. There was one part I didn't like about the fall of man because the bible says Adam was with Eve when she ate the fruit of the forbidden tree. the movie says they were apart and not together.
ReplyDeleteI like the movie because it gave me a better understanding of what actually happened in heaven. Lucifer was a special angel, who was given the highest power right under Jesus, in heaven. But Lucifer wanted something more. He didn't just want to be like God, like most christians desire, but instead he wanted to BE God. This self centered choice, cause there to be war in heaven, and also affected Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve also made the choice to follow Satan. This cause them to be casted from the Garden of Eden, and losing that special connection with God.
ReplyDeleteOverall it was a good movie. Chapter 1 was about how Lucifer turned evil and became Satan. Chapter 2 was about how Adam and Eve sinned, but God still loved them and Jesus died to save us from sin. I liked how it showed us many verses (we could refer to) related to the topic.
ReplyDeleteThis movie is very interesting to me. It make me know more about the Fall of Lucifer and the Fall of Man. All this things is come from the choice of Lucifer. The focus on himself and he want to be God. The way Satan did with man for the first lie in the earth.
ReplyDeleteThe movie is attractive to me because the plot is heart-stopping. And it was the first movie made me understand what happened in the very beginning of the heaven and the earth. God is the most Holy one that gave everyone freedom, but in this case, Lucifer did't realize God didn't destroy him immediately not because God can't, but because God gave him chance to repent. Same as Adam and Eve, they didn't obey God, but rebelled Him, so Finally Jesus came to the earth and dead for our sin, how amazing is that?
ReplyDeleteI liked this movie. It showed us the overall view how Lucifer became Satan. He tries to tempt us and tries to bring us to his side. But he cant control us, we can choose to be on God's side or Satan's side. I got confused when they were at the fall of man, when it said that Adam wasnt near Eve when she was the tree of good and evil. But when they should the bible verse it said that Adam was near. So i was puzzled there. Overall it was a good movie.
ReplyDeleteI like the movie because it helped me understand how the war between Satan and God began and showed it in a cool way. It showed that God truly gives people a choice, like when He allowed the rebellion to run its course so that we obeyed Him because we want to, not because we have to. And i think that the way they showed the Fall of Lucifer was pretty good... just not the Fall of Man, cuz Adam was with Eve when she sinned.
ReplyDeleteThis movie really helped me give me a better understanding of the war in Heaven and the fall of man. The movie showed Satan's reason for his sin, and the freedom of choice God gave to Satan, his angels, and Adam and Eve. I understood how God doesn't want us to be "programmed" and love Him out of fear, but He wants us to REALLY love Him. An example of this is with Adam and Eve. He tested them to see if they really loved Him and would keep His command, or if they would follow their own intentions. The only thing I would have to say was "wrong" or "different" was when the guy explained how Eve gave the fruit to Adam. The Bible says they were next to each other, not apart.
ReplyDeleteI absorbed this video of the origin of sin deeply because of the vividness and the range of details it gives us. I feel that this movie was very clear and it gave me a new understanding of the beginning. This movie to me was like glasses to understanding the Bible more clearly. The only mistake of the story was in chapter 2, the fall of man. The movie says that Adam was not with Eve when she was tempted, but the Bible clearly states in Genesis 3:6 that Adam was with her.
ReplyDeleteI really liked the movie because it helped me understand more to the story of creation. It showed me more in dept about the real emotions behind each character-- like how Adam and Eve felt after their fall, or how God might have felt about letting the rebellion happen. Before, I used to think why God allowed certain things to happen...but now, i understand that He lets things run its course because its probably the best option for us.
ReplyDeleteI like this movie because it shows us what happened in the heaven. Before Lucifer's rebellion, he was a light bearer. He was at a very high position, only blew Jesus Christ. He had been respected, but he slowly became to concentrated on himself. He thought he was so great that he could be God. So he started a war in heaven. He became Satan. God didn't destroy he immediately because God wanted us to live for truly love. But Satan didn't change his mind. He tempt Eve to do what God told not to. So there were sins in our lives.
ReplyDeleteThe first chapter of the movie is about how Lucifer turned slowly into Satan and how he drifted slowly away from God from conceited thoughts. It also shows the first war ever in the Universe. It also shows that God gave us the most sensitive power ever, the power of freedom of choice. Our decisions take our course in life, and without that road map(Jesus) we'd all be lost. The movie also shows the first sin man has made, the one Eve has made, to disobey God. Adam sinned with her as well, and they were both banished from the Garden and were no longer able to see God and the angels.
ReplyDeleteI liked the movie because it showed how Lucifer became evil but it showed it in a descriptive way. It also showed how he took 1/3 of God's angels. The battle was really cool looking and it explained how Lucifer and his followers were thrown out of heaven. Then in the Garden of Eden it showed how Eve was tempted by Satan to eat the fruit. This really broadened my view on how sin was created.

ReplyDeleteThis Movie is based on how Lucifer came Evil & Untruthful to the angels and God, And how he was the one that caused the whole war in the heavens. What interest me most in this movie was how god created Land, Water, Animals, Sea created, Humans, Light, Dark. I really Like this movie.
ReplyDeleteI liked this movie because it showed how Lucifer became Satan. The movie was very descriptive too. The movie portrayed the intelligent and loving grace God would show, plus the anger and selfishness of Lucifer. The war in heaven was pretty awesome. I pretty much imagined the battle to be like that. The second part of the movie was my favorite though, because it showed how God created the world and how sin began. I'm just glad God did not make us like robots and expected us to love Him. God made us have a choice, to truly love Him for He is. Now I can't wait 'til we all go to Heaven :D.
ReplyDeleteI like the movie because it gives us a visual of what you taught us in class and it's almost what I expected. I liked how it mentioned almost everything we learned, like how God didn't destroy Satan and how there was a war in heaven between Lucifer and God. I disliked the movie too (and i guess the story also) because I always thought that angels were created perfect... I don't know how Lucifer could've learned how to lie the first place. I like how the movie portrayed it though, it helped me visualize heaven and the Garden of Eden even better.
ReplyDeleteIn this movie, it showed how Lucifer became evil and how sin entered the world. Lucifer convinced one third of God's angels to follow him. After the battle, they were thrown out of heaven. Satan turned into a serpent to trick Adam and Eve. They were thrown out of the Garden and an angel with a sword was sent to guard it. This movie was very interesting to me and it taught me a lot about how sin began.

I moake more sense about how Lucifer became evil from this movie. This movie also tells us about Adam and Eve did not obey God and ate the fruit from the tree, so they know the good and evil.
ReplyDeleteI liked how the movie made Heaven and the garden of Eden looked so amazing. I disliked how they didn't show that Lucifer was not turned into a dragon and remained looking handsome, not evil. I think that the story was portrayed as God intended it to be. The story was fine, I even liked how they used lightsabers for their weapons.
ReplyDeleteI definitely liked this movie. It was very detailed about the fall of Lucifer and how he became Satan. This movie showed us that, God could have destroyed Lucifer, but God loves us so much that he gives us the freedom of choice. God gave us the 10 commandments so that we know how to be like God. He gave it to us so that we can do things that God wouldn't do, so that we could be just like him.

I really like the effects & background music of the movie, they gave me goose-bump. I also like how they portrayed Heaven since I didn't expect it to be so futuristic like what was in the movie. What I don't like is probably the storyteller, I don't like it how he always jumped in every minute of the movie.

ReplyDeleteThe movie was made in a way that would catch your attention. I am glad it’s not one of those boring document movies. It was very interesting and I enjoyed watching the Cosmic Conflict. The stories were sad because Lucifer and man failed to obey the law of God and both fell into sin. I believe that the way the movie showed the story is close to the actual events of Lucifer’s fall and man’s fall. The only things that the director should’ve changed was when Eve took of the forbidden fruit, Adam should’ve been beside her. Other than that, it was a very nice movie.

ReplyDeleteWe all have sin, which sin is that we get from Adam and Eve. This is why we should believe in God to become a good person. this is why we will not be hurt by Satan.
Jealousy is one of the reasons the sin.
I feel this movie is an amazing movie that I watched. I could really feel how the war happened in the haven before human was created. I could feel that how disappointed when Lucifer became a bad angel. But God never give up on us. God is almighty, he is the saver.
ReplyDeleteWhat I like about this movie is that it tells us everything that happen in heaven during the time of Lucifer. I like how the pastor explains every little detail. What I don't like about the movie is when they show Lucifer telling the angels that God is in control that to me is said to see something that God created to hate him.

ReplyDeleteAfter watched movie, it's more understand about the story about Lucifer. I think it also encourage me a lot. The evil always try to attract you and make you do wrong things. But God is with you, just believe in God, what God say is right.

What I dislike about the movie is that the two third of angels follow Lucifer. If so, it makes me feel like from that time until now, the number of bad people is twice good people, I don't believe so.

ReplyDeleteI like the movie because it shows the interesting story of God and angels. I feel very shocked and impressive after watching. I can feel strongly about God's grace and his great love to all his creations. It really changes some point of views of me. Now I can find a lot of God's love in my daily life.
